Service Description
These single sessions are appropriate for those not familiar with somatic practices and are wanting to trial them before committing to the 3-pack, or for those just in need of a little additional support. In this 1.5hr session we will work to unblock your most immediate challenges to help you feel more aligned and connected with your truth and empowered to tackle your daily challenges. Suitable for those looking to stabilise the nervous system and to feel more embodied.
Cancellation Policy
Terms Expiration of Sessions: All sessions purchased are valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe will expire, and no refund or credit will be provided. Scheduling and Frequency: It is recommended that sessions be scheduled on a fortnightly basis to allow for optimal integration of the previous somatic session. This ensures continuity and effectiveness in the therapeutic process. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule sessions within the three-month period after purchase. To avoid forfeiture of the session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any rescheduling request. Failure to provide such notice may result in the session being forfeited. Refund Policy: Due to the preparatory work involved in tailoring each session, full refunds are not available once a session has been booked and paid for. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
