Service Description
In a single session of somatic therapy, your therapist will work to create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your bodily sensations and emotions. This can help to create a greater sense of interoceptive awareness and connection to self. The session begins with a check-in, allowing the client to share current feelings and concerns. Your therapist will use a variety of practices including breathing exercises or gentle movements (including yoga) to help release tension, regulate the nervous system and provide deeper connection with your bodily experiences. Throughout the session, your therapist remains attuned to your needs and your nervous system to ensure the practices remain comfortable, safe and trauma-informed. Cost: $200 per 90min session
Cancellation Policy
Terms: Please be aware of the cancellation policy. Fees apply if less than 24 hours notice is provided of cancellation: $50 fee if less than 24hrs cancellation notice Non- attendance will result in 100% of the session fee. If you are unwell or unable to attend in person please let us know as early as possible (preferably the day before, or first thing in the morning on the day of your appointment). Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your request, there is no guarantee changes can be made to your appointment on short notice. Refund Policy: Due to the preparatory work involved in tailoring each session, full refunds are not available once a session has been booked and paid for. By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
